Fan Voltage

Hi! 

I have yet to receive my Tevo Tornado. I'm planning to put more fans and want to know what voltage the hot end fans are. Is it 12v or 24v?

Could you connect a 12v to the hotend instead of a 24v? I got a noctua laying around and I was thinking of using that one.
