Repetier+Slic3r 1.3

I have used (with relative success) Repetier with the included Slic3r.

But -after reading that the latest Prusa edition of Slic3r has got many improvements- I installed the Slic3r 1.36.2. 

Now Repetier launches the slicer, Slic3rs window opens, but does not close automatically and return to Repetier as it did before.

Any clue is welcome.
